Greetings Classmates!
Comments were positive about our stay at Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort in 2004 and we have been asked by several classmates to plan another visit.
June 3,4 and 5, 2007 (Sun. thru Tues.) for a fun time SCHS56 classmates at Litchfield Beach, S.C. (approx. 20 miles south of Myrtle Beach on Route 17). Enjoy all the resort has to offer, including swimming, walks on the beach, tennis, golf,shopping, entertainment in MB, great dining, or just 'kicking back' and conversation/laughing with other classmates. Planned activities will be minimal. allowing you to decide how to spend your time.
Again for our 2007 visit we have blocked one-bedroom suites (1/4 mile from the beach) in the Bridgewater on the Oceanfront. Per night rates are $98 and $157, respectively with AAA or AARP membership, plus tax and a 5% resort fee.
Because June ia a popular time for vacationers tha blocked rooms cannot be held for long. So have your credit card and AAA or AARP numbers handy when you call the resort at 1-800-845-1897 to make your reservations and be sure to tell them you are with the SCHS56 group.
One more thing, please notify Carolyn of your intent as soon as possible. Carolyn needs to know names of those attending with you, your intent to attend, or not, and if you have made reservations.
Come join us where miles of warm, white sand meets the gentle surf.. no crowds, no cares, no schedules or obligations other than the activities you choose to pursue.
